Like the old aluminium window frames, alum does have a tendancy to condensate easily between temperature diferences. And with NZ's relative high humidity, no brand RTT is safe from it.
They are made super airtight, which is great for keeping the weather out - but it also means the moisture can build up inside as aluminium is a relative "poorus" metal. Just keep it in mind, Regular airing out = less condensation.
When storing over winter, open up from time to time and consider maybe to chuck one of those anti-condensation moisture absorbing packs in it.
